Participants must behave respectfully toward guides, other participants, and cultural sites. We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior without refund.
When visiting Indigenous cultural sites or interacting with Indigenous communities, participants must follow all guidelines provided by guides and Traditional Owners. Respect for cultural protocols is mandatory.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, lotus-works and its guides, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our tours, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.
Participants acknowledge that tour activities carry inherent risks, including physical exertion, exposure to weather conditions, and navigation of historical sites. By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks.
We strongly recommend that participants obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance. lotus-works does not provide insurance coverage for participants.
