Tours operate seven days a week. Office hours are for administrative inquiries only.
Use the booking form on our home page to reserve specific experiences. You'll receive confirmation within 24 hours, including meeting location details and preparation suggestions.
We accommodate groups up to 12 participants per tour. For larger groups or custom experiences, email us with your preferred date, group size, and any specific historical interests.
Many of our tours involve walking on uneven surfaces or historic sites with limited accessibility infrastructure. Contact us to discuss specific mobility requirements, and we'll advise which experiences can accommodate your needs.
Tours proceed in most weather conditions. We'll contact you if extreme weather necessitates rescheduling. Dress appropriately for outdoor walking, even on urban tours.
Cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled experience for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable.
We design bespoke historical tours for educational groups, corporate events, or specialized interests. Email us with your requirements, and we'll develop a proposal.
